QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR NEW LOOP ATTACHMENT PRODUCT?

I bought a blue case and it isn’t bringing out the color in my eyes quite like I thought it would. Can I exchange it for a neon green or any other color?

Sure, we’re happy to do exchanges. If you’re within 30 days of purchase you can exchange your case for a different color. Just send it back to us in the original packaging and we will send a new one out to you lickity-split! (Please ship your case back to us with tracking as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.) Email info@loopattachment.com with any exchange questions.

I live on the other side of the world, but I think your cases are pretty awesome. Do you ship internationally?

No sweat, we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and destination. Shipping options and costs are generated once you enter your address in checkout. International customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes.

Alas, the money I spent on my Mummy case actually needed to go towards my rent. How can I get a refund?

If you’re dissatisfied with your case, you can send it back within 30 days for a full refund less the shipping costs. Please note, we can only refund cases purchased through Loop Attachment on www.loopattachment.com.

Please return the product in its complete original packaging along with your name and order number. Your refund will be processed within 5 days after it is received. Refer to our returns page for more info on returns.

Oh-no! My case is broken. Will you guys replace it?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but do not fret…your satisfaction is our number one priority. To get a replacement, please follow these instructions.

Pretty cool how I can store my credit cards and some cash in the back of my Mummy iPhone case, but won’t it de-magnitize my card?

Don’t worry, your cards are perfectly safe - that’s the whole point! Not only will they not be de-magnitized, but you’ll find it’s a lot easier to carry them around when they fit neatly with your phone. Here’s how it looks.

What about hotel keycards? Don’t all smart phones de-magnitize hotel keycards?

Right. Careful about the keycards. Keep them away from your phone. Or just stay in one of those awesome castle hotels with giant steel room keys and stone fireplaces. Those places are sweet.

What materials are used to manufacture Loop Attachment products?

All our mummy cases and loop watch bands are made with a high-grade silicone. For all you Walter Whites out there, that’s a stable polymer that looks something like this:

If you have silicone allergies, please be advised and refer to our Terms of Service.

The Clip is made from ABS Plastic.

How do I hear about new releases and stay up-to-date on your products?

We’re very active on the usual social media outlets. Feel free to Tweet us, Like us, Watch us or Instagram us (Insta us? Gram us? Whatever you get the idea.). You’ll see we use social outlets to answer questions, give product updates and often give away free stuff! Most of all we enjoy interacting with you and getting feedback about our products.

I have a burning question and since I live in the social media age,  I would love an answer within five minutes. What is the quickest way to reach you guys?

While we have multiple points of contact (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube…and yes we check them all), the best way to reach us via email is at info@loopattachment.com. Our official policy is to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours, but don’t be surprised if we never get back to you. Just kidding.

Please feel free to reach out to us via whichever method is most convenient for you. We’ll get back to you ASAP.

What’ll happen to me when I put a Mummy case on my iDevice?

What’s with the name Loop?

The Loop is the central district in Chicago. Loop Attachment is the work of the Loop Groop, a collaboration of creativity and friendship among three proud Chicago natives. We want to put the Windy City on the map as a capital for innovation and smart design, and it was fitting that our first product back in 2011—the Loop Nano—was a nod to the circular tracks that run around the iconic downtown district.
